प्रसन्नता का प्रतीक-बसंत पंचमी

सृष्टि के रचियता ब्रहमा जी ने जीवों और मनुष्यों की रचना की लेकिन इसके बाद भी वह संतुष्ट नही थे। क्योंकि पृथ्वी पर हर तरफ उदासी छाई हुई थी। तब ब्रहमा जी ने भगवान विष्णु की अनुमति लेकर अपने कमडंल से जल की कुछ बूंदे पृथ्वी पर छिड़की, जिससे चार भुजाओं वाली देवी सरस्वती प्रकट हुई। देवी सरस्वती के एक हाथ में वीणा और दूसरे हाथ में मुद्रा था। इसके अलावा अन्य हाथों में पुस्तक और माला थी। सृष्टि की रचना के बाद देवी सरस्वती ने सभी प्राणियों को वाणी के साथ-साथ बुद्धि और विद्या प्रदान की।
भगवान श्री कृष्ण ने देवी सरस्वती को वरदान दिया था कि बंसत पंचमी के दिन तुम्हारी पूजा की जायेगी और धर्मिक पुराणों के अनुसार बसंत पंचमी के दिन मां सरस्वती के प्रकट होने का शुभ दिन माना जाता है। बंसत पंचमी के दिन देवी सरस्वती की पूजा की जाती है और देवी सरस्वती को ज्ञान, कला, बुद्धि, गायन की देवी माना जाता है। बंसत का रंग पीला होता है और इसे देखकर खुखी का एहसास होता है, पीला रंग सुख-समृद्धि का प्रतीक है।

बंसत पंचमी के दिन पीले रंग का विशेष महत्व है इसलिए इस दिन पीले वस्त्र पहनकर देवी सरस्वती अराधना की जाती है। पीले पुष्प देवी सरस्वती को अति प्रिय है और पीली वस्तु का भोग लगाने से मां सरसवती की अपार कृपा की प्राप्ति होती है। पूजा में काॅपी और पेन जरूर शामिल करें इससे बुध की स्थिति अनुकूल होती है जिसके कारण बुद्धि और स्मरण शक्ति में वृद्धि होती है। इस दिन किसी भी कार्य को करना बुहत शुभ फलदायाक माना जाता है इसलिए इस दिन नींव, गृह प्रवेश, वाहन खरीदना, व्यापार, मांगलिक कार्य प्रारम्भ करना शुभ माना जाता है। इस दिन बच्चों को शिक्षा आरम्भ करना शुभ माना जाता है।

According to Dharmik Purana, on the day of Basant Panchami it is considered auspicious day for Maa Saraswati to appear. Goddess Saraswati is worshiped on the day of Basant Panchami, Goddess Saraswati is considered to be Goddess of knowledge, art, intellect and singing, the color of spring is yellow and it feels happy to see it. Yellow color is a symbol of happiness and prosperity. Yellow color has special significance on Basant Panchami, Therefore on this day wearing yellow clothes, Goddess Saraswati is worshiped. The yellow flower goddess is very dear to Saraswati and the indulgence of the yellow thing is blessed with the blessings of Maa Saraswati. Include Copy and Pen in Pooja by this Mercury has favorable conditions because of which intelligence and memory power increase. To do any work on this day is considered very good therefore it is considered auspicious to start foundation, house entry, buying a vehicle, trading, demanding work on this day. It is considered auspicious for children to start teaching on this day.
